1. Warranty Coverage

Smyle™ Labs products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period

  • Devices & Batteries: 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Accessories & Components: 3 months from the date of purchase.

3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Functional failures under normal use conditions.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications.

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents.

  • Damage due to exposure to water, excessive heat, or improper storage.

Returns & Refunds

If a product is defective upon arrival, customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Used lighters and certain restricted products are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Shipping & Handling

Orders typically process within 24-72 hours. Tracking details are provided once shipped. Delays due to carriers are not the responsibility of Smyle™ Labs.
